For overseas customers considering purchasing at our shop,
Starbase is a store for domestic sales. We do not do these things;
・Overseas shipping
・Preparation of English instruction manual
・Support for your personal export
(packing more than usual, transfer to exporter, etc.)
We are not responsible for any troubles (collimation error, etc.) that occur while you take the telescope out of Japan. Requests for repairs, including those for initial defects, are only accepted at our storefront. Your local dealer basically doesn't provide them for you instead. Please understand these points when shopping at our store.
